Managing ethics and compliance technology, the full-time remote Compliance Data Analyst II will develop reporting solutions, maintain compliance processes, and identify data quality improvements to support the compliance organization. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain technology solutions and workflows for ethics and compliance processes Create operational and analytical reports for management of compliance functions Identify and resolve data quality issues within compliance tools and reporting Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics Preferred healthcare and/or compliance experience Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot Experience with Power BI and ServiceNow
