What You’ll DoRecruit Workday functional, technical, and project professionals across contract and permanent positionsBuild and maintain a strong network of Workday-certified talent across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, and other Workday specialtiesSupport hiring needs related to Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, transformations, and post-production supportManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, placement, and onboardingBuild and manage relationships with enterprise clients, Workday partners, system integrators, and end customersIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the Workday ecosystemPartner with clients to understand current and future talent needs and provide effective staffing solutionsDevelop long-term relationships with both clients and candidatesAct as a market expert and trusted advisor within the Workday talent communityConsistently work toward individual and team recruitment, placement, and revenue goalsWhat We’re Looking ForAgency staffing or recruitment experience is requiredProven experience recruiting and placing Workday professionalsExperience with contract staffing, permanent placement, or bothUnderstanding of the Workday ecosystem, including functional and technical skill sets and the Workday certification landscapeDemonstrated success managing candidate relationships and delivering against client requirementsStrong sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsA motivated, competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
