Role Overview : Drive global business growth by managing key export accounts, expanding international customers, and ensuring seamless execution from order confirmation to payment realization while delivering profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of export orders, from confirmation to payment collection. Manage key international accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction. Drive business development by acquiring new importers and expanding market share. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability. Monitor account P&L, margins, receivables, claims, and DSO. Coordinate with supply chain, operations, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution.
