We're Hiring: Video Editor

Shashank Ayur is looking for a skilled Video Editor who has strong experience in editing social media content, long-form videos, and AI-assisted video workflows.

This is an offsite / remote role, so you can work from your own setup.

Role: Video Editor

Mode: Remote / Offsite

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Type: Full-time / Freelance / Project-based

Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, You Tube, courses, ads, and online programs.

Work on short-form reels, long-form You Tube videos, meditation videos, and promotional content.

Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video tools to improve speed, quality, and creativity.

Create engaging cuts, subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and basic visual effects.

Understand social media formats, retention-based editing, hooks, pacing, and storytelling.

Work with brand guidelines and maintain a clean, premium, mindful visual style.

Be open to feedback and revisions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Good working knowledge of After Effects.

Experience using AI tools for video editing, subtitles, enhancement, content repurposing, or creative workflows.

Must understand Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and long-form You Tube editing.

Should be familiar with social media trends and content formats.

Must have your own laptop/system and stable internet connection.

Ability to work remotely and deliver on deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience editing wellness, yoga, meditation, educational, podcast, or creator-led content.

Good sense of music, pacing, sound design, typography, and visual storytelling.

Basic graphic design or thumbnail knowledge is a plus.
