Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead the finance function and drive financial strategy, governance, and business performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with a Big 4 firm and strong exposure to the infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, and overall financial strategy.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, taxation, and audits.
• Drive project finance, fund raising, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Partner with the leadership team on business planning, investments, and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 13-16 years of relevant experience, including experience with a Big 4 firm & infrastructure industry.
• Strong experience in the infrastructure sector, preferably across large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in project finance, fund raising, financial planning, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
