Job Description
Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Order Verification Pharmacist to review medication orders from home. The telepharmacist will verify orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance, supporting hospitals and clinics nationwide.
You’ll provide virtual clinical support to prescribers, nurses, and on-site staff, document decisions in the pharmacy system, and ensure DEA and state board standards are met. 100% remote with day/evening/overnight shifts.
