Desktop Support
Location: Fishkill, NY(Onsite)
Interview Process: Zoom
Rate: $25 -30/hr on W2
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Provide on-site Level 1/Level 2 IT support for warehouse operations, resolving technical issues through ServiceNow ticketing and delivering effective customer service.
- Troubleshoot Windows-based desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile computers, Zebra devices (including TC52), printers, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist with IT projects, including system installations, upgrades, device deployments, configurations, and IT asset management.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently where possible, escalating complex problems appropriately and keeping users informed.
