The Opportunity:Legacy Search Advisors has partnered with a highly regarded national CPA and advisory firm seeking experienced Audit professionals to join its growing Assurance practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys public accounting but is interested in exploring a different environment, expanding their client exposure, and continuing to advance professionally.
Responsibilities:Participate in financial statement audits for clients across a variety of industries.Perform substantive testing, internal control evaluations, and audit documentation.Work directly with clients and senior engagement team members.Identify accounting and reporting issues and assist with their resolution.Help mentor and develop junior audit professionals.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.Experience in external audit with a public accounting firm.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement auditing.CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
