We are looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer with strong expertise in injection molding, tooling, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Manage injection mold projects from design through production. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Review product designs, mold designs, and moldability. Oversee tooling suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery. Manage APQP, project timelines, budgets, and scope changes. Lead project review meetings and track project progress. Support mold filling analysis and tooling improvements. Requirements: B.S. in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in injection molding, tooling, and engineering. Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds, tooling, and molding processes. Experience with 3D CAD/SolidWorks and mold-filling analysis. Knowledge of GD&T and engineering/commodity resins. Strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. xzbcwsv Preferred: PMP/Project Management certification, Six Sigma certification, mold-making or scientific molding experience.
