Social Media Coordinator (LinkedIn Comments & DMs)

This role is focused on LinkedIn engagement through comments and outreach through DMs.

Linkedb2be agency is looking for someone who can read posts, comments, profiles, and context properly, then turn that into strong comments and natural DMs from founder and client profiles.

For comments, you need to be able to read conversations properly and write something intelligent, relevant, human, and full of personality.

For DMs, you need to be able to read LinkedIn profiles closely, spot useful signals, and use that context to write outreach that feels natural instead of generic or salesy.

What you’ll be doing

• Write thoughtful comments from founder and client profiles
• Read LinkedIn profiles and spot useful signals before outreach
• Write personalized DMs that feel human and relevant
• Help identify relevant people to engage with on LinkedIn
• Track conversations and follow-ups properly
• Support outreach research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills
• Strong reading skills and good social judgment
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach, comment writing, or similar work
• Ability to write with personality, humor, and human residue
• Ability to avoid generic, salesy, or AI-sounding writing
