✈️ We’re Hiring: Senior Academic Counselor | HM Aviation Location: West Delhi, New Delhi Full-time | Work from Office HM Aviation is looking for a confident, motivated, and results-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The role involves counseling prospective students and parents interested in pilot training, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable aviation training programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding pilot training and aviation career opportunities • Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels • Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable training programs • Clearly explain course structure, eligibility, fees, training processes, and career pathways • Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through regular and professional follow-ups • Convert prospective students into enrollments and achieve assigned monthly targets • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding • Stay updated on HM Aviation’s programs, DGCA requirements, and relevant aviation industry developments What We’re Looking For • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Confident and professional approach when interacting with prospective students and parents • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent with follow-ups • Good command of English and Hindi • Prior experience in sales, counseling, business development, client servicing, or other customer-facing roles is preferred • Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds with strong communication and sales abilities are welcome to apply • Prior aviation experience is not mandatory What We Offer • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives • Professional and growth-oriented work environment • Opportunity to build a career in the aviation industry • Exposure to domestic and international pilot training programs Interested candidates are invited to apply directly through LinkedIn.
