We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused recruiting role. You will work closely with our team to understand client requirements, develop strong candidate pipelines, and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through successful placement.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment delivery process, from candidate identification and sourcing through interview coordination and successful placementPartner closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain strong pipelines of qualified Life Sciences professionals across relevant disciplinesUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidatesConduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fitPresent qualified candidates for open positions and manage candidate activity through the interview and placement process
QualificationsProven experience as a Recruiter within a staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environmentStrong delivery/recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidatesExperience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries preferredStrong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and xzbcwsv other recruiting platformsAbility to effectively screen, qualify, and interview candidatesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with an ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office SuiteHighly motivated, resilient, and results-orientedProven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement targetsCompensationBase Salary: $65,000–$80,000 + Commission up to 37.5%
