Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates patient care, and supports a team of RNs and support staff. The coordinator ensures evidence-based practice, accurate assessments, and safe transitions of care for high-acuity patients. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring, and performance feedback, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring quality and patient safety metrics, and participating in process improvement. The role also supports education, onboarding, and fosters a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
