Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is a trusted business partner to the EVP, General
Counsel & Secretary and SVP, Global Shared Services, providing high-level
executive, legal, and corporate governance support. This role manages executive
priorities, coordinates Board and Committee activities, maintains corporate
records, and ensures operational excellence across Legal and Global Shared
Services. Success requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, discretion,
and the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for the EVP, General
Counsel & Secretary and SVP, Global Shared Services.
* Anticipate executive needs, prioritize competing demands, and ensure leaders
are prepared for key meetings and business activities.
</p><ul><li>Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Support the CEO’s Executive Assistant with backup coverage as needed.</li></ul>
Legal & Corporate Governance
<ul><li>Provide executive support to the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary.</li><li>Coordinate Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including scheduling,</li></ul>
logistics, agendas, and materials.
* Prepare Board books, resolutions, meeting minutes, and governance
documentation.
<ul><li>Maintain corporate minute books and official records.</li><li>Manage the Legal department inbox and ensure timely routing of requests.</li><li>Support corporate governance, compliance, enterprise risk, and record</li></ul>
retention requirements.
Shared Services Support
<ul><li>Provide executive support to the SVP, Global Shared Services.</li><li>Coordinate leadership meetings, operational reviews, and department</li></ul>
activities.
* Maintain organizational documentation and facilitate communication across
teams.
* Support onboarding, leadership events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
* Serve as a primary liaison for executives, Board members, outside counsel,
and internal stakeholders.
<ul><li>Draft and edit executive correspondence and business communications.</li><li>Build effective partnerships across the organization.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior</li></ul>
executives, preferably in a corporate legal, corporate governance, corporate
secretary, or publicly traded company environment.
* Experience supporting Board of Directors and Committee activities at a
publicly traded company, including Board books, meeting minutes, and
corporate records.
* Proven ability to manage multiple executives, prioritize competing demands,
and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Teams, SharePoint).
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with
meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
the highest level of discretion.
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation
and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will
vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but
not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay,
this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including
health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and
disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time
off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role
is $50,000 - $76,000.
