Quality Assurance Lead - Assistant Vice President

Role Summary & Description: We are looking for a Quality Assurance lead position with 15+ years of experience in our Global Technology Services group As Quality Assurance Lead you will: Manage assigned quality assurance projects including resource planning and project planning, across employees and external vendor contractors Understand the scope and requirements of projects/releases to be delivered while working with Business and Development teams, across global locations. Strong understanding of software development and automation processes, testing methodologies, and QA tools Assist QA teams in developing and executing quality assurance test strategies, plans, cases, scripts etc. Develop and tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count) for various projects
