Job description:Title: Board Certified Behavior AnalystLocation: Gilbert, AZHours: 7:30- 5:30 (30 hours per week)Make your Own Schedule!Compensation: $100k/year+ with at least $5k sign on bonusRelocation Bonus as needed: $3k - $5KJob Description:The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavior interventions to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challengesThe BCBA also consults with and teaches RBT's and other therapeutic team members (i.e., caregivers, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, etc.) how to implement behavior analytic strategies; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and monitors progress regularly by analyzing dataThe BCBA manages the child’s ABA Team and provides ongoing training and direct supervision to team membersDirect supervision for RBTs who deliver direct ABA services to clientsUse appropriate assessment tools and data to develop and implement individualized behavior analytic treatment plansMonitor and modify treatment plans based on direct observations, therapist or parent feedback and objective data collected by therapists or parentsPrimarily serving students ages 2-10 xzbcwsv years old.120 Billable Hours Per Month
