This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Outpatient clinic only; Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Patients per day: Not specified

• Practice Setting: Outpatient PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)

• Scope: Primary Care, Adult Medicine, Geriatrics

• State Licensure: Active Oregon license required

• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: None specified
