Role Description

The Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai (West Zone). This role is responsible for:

• Driving sales of security services by identifying new business opportunities
• Meeting prospective clients and presenting tailored security solutions

Day-to-day responsibilities include

• Lead Generation
• Managing the sales pipeline
• Preparing proposals
• Negotiating contracts
• Achieving revenue targets

The role also involves tracking market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing regular sales performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales development
• 1–2 years of experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries
• Proficiency in basic business tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and security services will be considered.
