RN Acute Care Centralized Sitter Program

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Acute Care Centralized Sitter Program. In this role, you will provide continuous observation and safety monitoring for high‑risk patients across multiple acute care units using centralized video and bedside support. You will collaborate closely with bedside nurses, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to prevent falls, elopement, and self‑harm, promptly escalating clinical or behavioral concerns. This position supports patient-first, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth, ongoing education, and participation in quality and safety initiatives across the UCHealth system.
