Performance Marketer

About the Role

TechDots is looking for a Performance Marketer with SaaS experience who knows how to turn paid campaigns into actual business results. You’ll be managing and optimising campaigns across the UK and US markets, working closely with our marketing, content, design, SEO, and sales teams.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Build performance strategies for SaaS products and services
• Research UK & US audiences, competitors, and market trends
• Optimise campaigns for leads, demos, conversions, and customer acquisition
• Track key metrics like CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
• Work with content, design, SEO, and sales teams to improve campaign performance
• Analyse results and turn the data into clear, actionable insights
• Keep testing, learning, and finding ways to make campaigns perform better

What You Bring

• 2-4+ years of performance marketing experience
• Proven experience in SaaS / B2B SaaS marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Experience targeting UK and US markets
• Strong analytical and optimisation skills
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking is a plus
• Good Communication Skills
