Drive PP Sales revenue & Unit Plans in accordance to the business plans. Meet Existing and prospective customers to enhance KM brand & work towards improving customer satisfaction. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Proactively recruits new qualifying partners and ensure Konica Minolta products are established across verticals viz Jobbers, Commercial printers, Publishers, SBO’s, Offset, Photo Market to increase KM Market share and retain No. 1 Position. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts/new partners accounts. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs. Ensures target and achievement every year Drives adoption of company programs among assigned customers Maintain good relationship with top customers in region. Retain KM top customers base and penetrate into competition top customers base. Assist marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
