Are you naturally proactive, highly discreet and someone who takes genuine pride in making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes?
Do you have strong property management experience, excellent judgement and the confidence to take ownership of matters and see them through to completion?
And are you a resourceful, solutions-focused individual with strong IT skills who enjoys a varied role combining private and professional responsibilities?
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide trusted, right-hand support within a high-profile family office. Predominantly focused on managing private affairs, the role offers considerable variety, autonomy and responsibility and includes involvement in professional, charitable and external commitments.
You’ll be working largely remotely, maintaining close contact with your principals, but must be London-based and happy to attend properties, meet contractors and deal with matters in person as required.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
Providing comprehensive private PA and family office support, acting as a trusted first point of contact and ensuring the smooth running of personal affairs
Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, renovations and other works, liaising with builders, contractors, suppliers and professional advisers
Managing all arrangements relating to the holiday property, including its use by family and friends
Overseeing tenancy and letting matters relating to an additional property, including liaison with agents and legal advisers
Taking ownership of household and property-related issues, anticipating requirements and resolving problems efficiently
Managing correspondence, appointments, personal administration and other day-to-day arrangements
Providing professional support, including assistance with charitable, pro bono and other external commitments
Building strong relationships with a wide range of contacts, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion
The skills you need to bring:
Significant experience as a Family Office PA or senior Executive Assistant supporting a high-profile individual or C-suite executive
Experience managing properties, contractors, maintenance and associated administrative or legal matters
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple responsibilities independently
A proactive, resourceful and practical approach, with the confidence to use your initiative and take full ownership of tasks
Absolute discretion, integrity and sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
A calm, adaptable and solutions-focused attitude, remaining unflappable when dealing with unexpected challenges
Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative and IT skills
A flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the role, however big or small
Based in London and comfortable working independently, while remaining readily available when needed
