Title: Construction Safety ManagerLocation: Port Washington, WI Compensation: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly $50–$55/hour (depending on experience) + 1.5x Overtime | 60–70 Hours/Week | Per Diem & Relocation Support

We are looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join a major 2+ year construction project in Port Washington, WI. This is a hands-on field safety role for someone who knows construction, understands OSHA, and is comfortable being out on the jobsite working directly with project leadership, subcontractors, trades, and field teams.
Time-and-a-half for overtimeTypical workweeks of 70–80 hours$6,500/month taxable living allowance available for qualifying relocation candidatesMileage per diem available for candidates living more than 50 miles from the project site3 weeks of vacation2 floating holidaysMedical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days401(k) eligibility after 6 monthsOpportunity to work on a major, long-term data center construction project
What You'll DoOwn day-to-day safety operations for the projectEnsure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and applicable regulationsDevelop and maintain site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)Conduct daily/regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsIdentify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completedLead incident investigations and corrective action plansMaintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance recordsConduct safety orientations and workforce trainingTrack employee training and certification requirementsWork closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and trades to maintain a strong safety cultureSupport HR with new-hire onboarding and compliance documentationParticipate in client reviews, safety audits, and regulatory inspections
What We're Looking For3–5+ years of construction safety experienceStrong understanding of OSHA construction standardsHands-on jobsite/field safety experienceExperience with large commercial or electrical construction is highly preferredData center construction experience is a plusOSHA 30 preferredCPR/First Aid certification preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working directly with field personnel, trades, and project leadershipProficiency with Microsoft Office
No degree required. Construction safety experience is what matters most.Important: This is a true construction safety position. Candidates with primarily Quality, manufacturing, or general EHS backgrounds without significant construction/jobsite safety experience will not be considered.
