Role Description The General Manager – Projects is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for end-to-end project ownership across fire safety, security, and BMS implementations. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, managing contractors and vendors, and leading expediting activities to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services. The General Manager – Projects will supervise inspections, monitor site progress, resolve operational issues, and prepare regular status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing logistics, driving continuous improvement in project processes, and mentoring project teams to achieve operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related discipline).
• 15+ years of experience in:
• Life Safety Systems,
• Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Systems ,Fire Sprinkler ,Fire Hydrant systems , Gas Based fire suppression systems
• Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Systems)
• IBMS / BMS Projects
• Facility Technology Solutions
• Proven experience in handling project operations and large teams.
• Strong commercial, procurement, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and team-building capabilities.
• Experience managing enterprise and infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
