About the Company Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM Payroll (Global Implementation) to clients across India. About the Role Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, etc. Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). Required Skills 7 - 12 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
