Technical Delivery Manager – P&C Insurance

Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager – P&C Insurance Location: Chennai and Hyderabad Role Summary Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance portfolio, with primary focus on Guidewire-based platforms (Policy, Claims). Drive business outcomes through strong delivery governance, deep insurance domain expertise, and modern engineering practices. Own P&L performance, ensure customer-centric execution, and embed an AI-first, automation-driven mindset across delivery and operations. Key Responsibilities ·Own delivery, execution governance, and P&L accountability for P&C Insurance programs. ·Lead large-scale Guidewire implementation, enhancement, and modernization initiatives. ·Partner with business stakeholders to translate insurance product requirements into scalable technology solutions. ·Provide technical leadership across Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter), Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). ·Drive AI-led transformation across underwriting, claims automation, fraud detection, and customer servicing. ·Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence across Agile teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore models. ·Oversee solution design, architecture alignment, risk management, and production stability. ·Champion engineering best practices including DevSecOps, automation, and cloud-native adoption. Required Experience & Skills ·15 years of technology delivery experience, including leadership in P&C Insurance domain. ·Strong hands-on or program-level expertise in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter). ·Proven experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs. ·Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture. ·Experience managing P&L, client relationships, and executive stakeholder engagement. ·Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML, automation, and data-driven capabilities in insurance workflows.
