Experience: 2–5 years in 3 D design (preferably in exhibitions, branding, or events)

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3 D Designer to join our dynamic team in the

event management industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing exhibition

stands, event setups, branding installations, and other visual elements that elevate brand

experiences. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and other design

professionals to bring concepts to life, ensuring a visually stunning and functional outcome.

 Key Responsibilities

1. 3 D Modeling & Rendering:

o Create visually appealing 3 D designs for exhibitions, event setups, branding

spaces, and installations using industry-standard software.

o Develop high-quality renders and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.

2. Concept Development:

o Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, brand

guidelines, and client objectives.

o Translate client briefs into unique, innovative, and functional design solutions.

3. Design Execution:

o Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for production.

o Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately

and within budget.

4. Material & Space Utilization:

o Recommend materials, textures, and finishes that align with design and project

budgets.

o Optimize space planning and ensure structural feasibility of designs.

5. Client Collaboration:

o Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into iterations.

o Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail.

6. Trend Research & Innovation:

o Stay updated with the latest trends in 3 D design, exhibition design, and

branding.

o Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.
