DViO Digital is looking for a dynamic Client Partner who can build strong client relationships while contributing creatively to content and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

Client Partner (Primary)

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage client communication, expectations, and account growth.
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, media, and production teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, reporting, and billing processes.
• Support business development initiatives and new business pitches.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Copywriter (Secondary)

• Create engaging social media copy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Develop content ideas aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Adapt messaging and tone of voice for different brands and audiences.
• Write captions, campaign hooks, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Solution-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
