Are you a motivated, results-driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and winning new business?
At Global Industrial, we're looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our Milwaukee team. In this role, you'll manage and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help businesses find the products and solutions they need to succeed.You'll have the opportunity to own your results, collaborate with a supportive team, and grow your career with an established industry leader.
What You'll DoGrow Your Business: Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth, prospect new customers, and expand existing relationships.Build Relationships: Connect with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and become a trusted resource.Sell Solutions: Ask thoughtful questions, uncover customer needs, and recommend products and solutions that deliver value.Manage Your Pipeline: Identify and qualify opportunities, leverage CRM tools, and consistently follow up to move business forward.Collaborate to Win: Partner with teammates, product specialists, and internal resources to deliver the best customer experience.Own Your Results: Set priorities, manage your territory, and take accountability for achieving sales goals.
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or at least 2 years of B2B telephone sales experience.Experience with prospecting, cold calling, business development, and customer acquisition.Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve results.
