Job Description Manage multiple interior construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule expectations are achieved Partner closely with field teams, design professionals, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain momentum and client satisfaction Support procurement, change management, forecasting, and project reporting activities Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners across the region Leverage technology-driven project delivery tools to improve coordination and efficiency MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience working for a specialty contractor, interiors contractor, or subcontractor strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with corporate interiors, healthcare, life sciences, commercial, or institutional projects preferred Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment Familiarity with construction technology and modern project delivery methods is a plus What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
