Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner you will partner with business leaders on aligning HR strategy with operational goals, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

As our HR / People Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as the strategic co-pilot to our Regional Operations Directors and Area Managers. You will strip away the ivory-tower approach to HR and embed yourself directly into the business unit. Your mission is to analyze high-volume turnover trends, consult on complex employee relations in the field, coach operational leaders on frontline management, and ensure headcount matches client contract commitments. • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.
• Guide managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, org design, and talent strategy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives within assigned business units.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and investigations as needed.
• Support change-management initiatives.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence (compliance, benefits, talent acquisition, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead objective, thorough investigations into complex employee relations issues, discrimination claims, or wage-and-hour complaints stemming from the field, ensuring swift resolution.

What stands out amongst top talent

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR generalist or business-partner experience .
• Deep experience working within a distributed, high-volume, hourly workforce industry (e.g., facility services, contract security, hospitality, retail, or industrial logistics).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, hourly workforce a plus.
• Ability to speak the language of operations—understanding how turnover, unstaffed hours, and overtime premiums directly hurt account profitability.
