Senior Pricing and Sales Enablement Manager (Cary)

Senior Pricing and Sales Enablement Manager At Envu, we partner with our customers to design world-class, forward-thinking innovations that protect and enhance the health of environments around the world. We offer dedicated services in: Professional Pest Management, Forestry, Ornamentals, Golf, Industrial Vegetation Management, Lawn ensure approved prices flow accurately into D365 Trade and Rebate Agreements. Lead regional deployment and adoption by running UATs, training and super-user enablement; driving change management so the tools are used as designed after go-live. Act as the global process owner – partner with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, IT and Portfolio to arbitrate change requests, manage the roadmap and prioritize future releases. Sales Enablement Define and build Envu`s the sales pipeline methodology by establishing stages, qualification criteria and review cadence with ComEx and BS MBA an advantage. 8+ years in pricing, commercial excellence or sales operations within a global B2B environment; agricultural sector experience preferred. Hands-on experience implementing and enhancing pricing tools (PriceFx, Enable or similar) integrated with ERP/CRM systems (D365 preferred). Proven track record designing and governing pricing processes across multiple regions and complex organizations. Demonstrated experience defining and running sales pipeline and funnel management. Strong analytical and BI capability across price realization, margin, rebate and pipeline analytics. Able to build alignment without direct authority, with change management, vendor and budget experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
