Makoons Play School is looking for a dynamic and growth-focused professional to join our Head Office team as a Assistant Manager ( growth ) The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business expansion initiatives across different regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
• Drive sales and business development activities to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research, field visits, and business meetings.
• Support franchise expansion and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
• Prepare and share regular reports on business development activities and growth performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Expansion roles.
• Experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for business meetings and expansion activities.
