Position: Sales Manager - Electric Motors

Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Warje, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a team 
• Generate and manage key account business, leads to conversion 
• Develop and management of team 
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships 
• Develop and maintain channel partners
• Achieve quarterly sales targets through team 
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates 
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution 

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in field sales and leadership role

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
