We are representing a globally recognized FORTUNE 500 industrial manufacturing organization whose flagship manufacturing campus is actively seeking a Senior Engineering Manager. Reporting to the VP/General Manager, this candidate would assume ownership over an 40+ employee department while working cross functionally with senior leadership.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Engineering Manager will report to the VP/General Manager and will be responsible for leading a department of 55+ employees while assuming budgetary ownership and strategic oversight.Drive departmental continuous improvement initiatives inclusive of yield improvement, and process optimization.Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendorsDirect and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues. xzbcwsv Work closely with plant staff to development "HI-POT " talentWork cross functionally, partnering with different internal departments including Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of launch programs.Establish and track KPIs aligned with plant and business objectivesProvide strategic input into the long-term engineering and business roadmap
POSITION REQUIREMENTSEngineering/Technical degree is required for considerationCandidate should have at least 3-5 years Engineering leadership experience for considerationExperience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is requiredAbility to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others
