Remote Freelance Educator – IGCSE / IB DP / MYP (English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

About the Role

Sunrise is looking for passionate, experienced freelance educators to join our growing team and deliver high-quality online teaching to our clients. Selected candidates will work directly with our clients on a remote, freelance basis, teaching subjects under the IGCSE, IB Diploma Programme (DP), and MYP curricula.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned online classes to students (IGCSE / IB DP / MYP)

• Plan lessons, assessments, and study material tailored to each curriculum's standards

• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/coordinators

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all scheduled sessions

• Collaborate with the Sunrise academic team for smooth coordination with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject or Education

• Prior teaching experience in IGCSE, IB DP, and/or MYP curricula (preferred)

• Strong command of the subject matter and fluent English communication skills

• Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet teaching environment

• Comfortable teaching via online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

• Ability to commit to fixed weekly teaching hours as per client schedule
