Senior Test Engineer / Lead Test Engineer

Role: Senior Test Engineer / Lead Test Engineer Experience: 6 years Role Overview We are looking for an Automation QE - Cypress to drive test automation, quality engineering practices, and automation strategy across product teams. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the test automation strategy and roadmap. Design, enhance, and maintain Cypress automation frameworks. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates. Develop and maintain stubs and mocks for reliable test execution. Drive functional, regression, smoke, component, API, and E2E testing. Identify and resolve flaky and redundant tests to improve automation quality. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and platform teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Cypress automation. Experience with CI/CD integration and automated quality gates. Strong understanding of test stubbing/mocking and API testing. Experience with Jest, Storybook, and Xray. Experience in automation framework design and QE leadership. Good understanding of risk-based and shift-left testing practices. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Good to Have Exposure to AI-led Quality Engineering. Experience optimizing test coverage across UI, unit, component, and API layers.
