Key Responsibilities
Own and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet activityProvide variance analysis and financial insights to support leadership decision-makingMaintain and oversee the general ledger, including fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and depreciationEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAPPartner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and OperationsSupport external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reportingLead or contribute to ERP implementations, system enhancements, and process cleanupsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalabilityMentor, review, and develop senior and junior accounting staffSupport preparation of executive- and board-level reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s xzbcwsv degree in Accounting or Finance (required)6–10+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar roleCPA preferred, not requiredPublic accounting background preferred, not requiredStrong experience with full-cycle close and GAAP-based financial reportingAdvanced proficiency in Excel; ERP experience strongly preferredComfortable operating in growth-focused, evolving environments
