Project Manager, Commercial Real Estate Development

The Keller Group is excited to support our Phoenix-based client in their search for a Project Manager – Commercial Real Estate Development. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate Development and Operations, this individual will oversee multiple projects from conception through completion, including ground-up development, conversions, and tenant improvements.

Responsibilites:Oversee multiple commercial real estate development projects from conception through completion, including ground-up construction, conversions and tenant improvements.Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and construction managers to establish budgets, schedules and execution plans.Manage project budgets, timelines, quality control, and key milestones while holding all stakeholders accountable for successful delivery.Maintain and enhance internal project scorecards to track project progress, costs, schedules, and critical milestones.Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, title companies, and capital partners on project reporting, payment applications, construction draws, due diligence and refinances.Serve as a team lead across assigned projects, providing guidance, resolving challenges, and communicating progress and risks to internal leadership and external partners.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction management, project management or a related field.Strong understanding of commercial real estate development, construction processes, budgeting, scheduling and project execution.Experience managing ground-up construction, property conversions and/or tenant improvement projects.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of budgets, schedules, quality and deliverables.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating contractors, consultants, lenders and other external partners. xzbcwsv Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach.
