Location: Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties, FL (in-person, patient homes and facilities)

Clinical Staffing Resources is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) with hospice experience to care for patients in the Tampa Bay area. You choose the shifts that fit your life, and you give patients and families compassionate end-of-life care.

• Flexible per diem scheduling. Pick up shifts when it works for you.
• $45 per hour.
• Weekly direct deposit.

• Work in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties.

• Over 15 years of experience placing healthcare professionals.

• Provide skilled hospice nursing care to patients in home, assisted living, and facility settings.
• Complete assessments, including pain and symptom management and comfort measures.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and the plan of care.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers through end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, aides, and chaplains.
• Document care accurately and on time in the electronic medical record.
• Follow hospice standards, HIPAA, and state and federal regulations.

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (or Compact/multistate license valid in Florida).
• Minimum [1] year of RN experience; hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for patient visits.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with compassion and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and health screening requirements.

• Per diem, with weekday, weekend, and on-call shifts available
