About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can work across 30+ brands and create premium, engaging visuals for digital marketing and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design premium-looking, engaging and unique creatives for Meta Ads and social media.
• Work simultaneously across 30+ different brands while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity.
• Strictly follow the respective brand guidelines for every brand.
• Use only the approved brand fonts, colors, typography and visual elements.
• Understand and apply basic graphic design and brand guideline principles.
• Have a strong understanding of primary and secondary fonts and their appropriate usage.
• Apply color theory and maintain consistency with each brand's approved color palette.
• Create visually compelling designs that are both brand-focused and performance-oriented.
• Develop fresh creative concepts while ensuring they remain aligned with the brand identity.
• Handle multiple design requirements and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to create creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage. 

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Strong ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines.
• Ability to switch between multiple brand identities without mixing their visual styles.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for premium aesthetics and detail.
• Experience designing Meta Ad creatives is highly preferred.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads and branding work is mandatory.
