Team Leader – Pre-Sales / Outbound Sales

Location: HSR Layout, 27th Main, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and role fit

About the Role:

We are looking for a Team Leader – Pre-Sales / Outbound Sales to manage a high-performance calling team and drive measurable sales outcomes.

This is a numbers-driven role . The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing outbound sales teams, managing sales funnels and consistently delivering against conversion and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own team-level sales targets, conversion metrics and overall performance.
• Monitor the complete sales funnel — calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions and closures.
• Track daily and weekly KPIs and take corrective action to improve performance.
• Coach team members on sales conversations, objection handling, follow-ups and closing.
• Ensure speed, discipline and consistency in execution.
• Work closely with management to deliver agreed business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing outbound sales/calling teams , preferably in a call-centre, BPO or telesales environment.
• Strong track record of managing teams against sales targets and KPIs .
• Fluent Hindi communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion and follow-up processes.
• Highly performance-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Excellent coaching, team-management and communication skills.
• Candidates from any sales-led industry are welcome.
