We are looking for an experienced legal professional with 8 to 10 years of experience having expertise in Banking, Real Estate, Property Due Diligence and Corporate Legal Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property due diligence, title verification & legal opinions

• Mortgage creation & APF/project legal scrutiny

• Review of sale, lease, conveyance, GPA, development and other property documents

• Advising Banks/NBFCs on legal risks and documentation

• Legal audits, land acquisition & corporate contracts

Required: LL.B. with State Bar Council enrolment; strong knowledge of Property Laws, SARFAESI, RERA, TPA, Registration & Stamp Laws, and Banking & Finance documentation.

Preferred: Experience with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs or reputed Real Estate Law Firms.

Salary: As per industry standard
