Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist(Pharma/Biotech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming (SDTM/ADaM/TLF), Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and corporate support functions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build talent pipelines for niche biotech and clinical research roles.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and internship programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Required Qualification:

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
