Remote Tax Readiness & Onboarding Lead

JDA TSG delivers outsourced services across tax, technology, and customer experience. We seek an Operations Readiness Specialist to lead onboarding and transition of seasonal Tax Experts from new hire to production readiness, including training support, check-ins, and engagement monitoring.

You will track milestones, coach staff, and coordinate with Operations managers to ensure timely readiness while maintaining a remote, seven-day schedule with flexible hours.
