Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Airframe Systems ? Join our Engineering team and lead the successful execution of complex aerospace programs involving Landing Gear, Hydraulics, Actuation, Fuel Systems, and Environmental Control Systems (ECS) .

This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace and defense projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams while driving projects from concept through certification and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager – Airframe Systems , you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Airframe Systems development programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project or Primavera .
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
• Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, risks, and resource utilization.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and change management activities.
• Manage supplier engagements including RFIs, RFPs, contracts, and performance tracking.
• Support technical design reviews, verification activities, testing campaigns, and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations including FAA, EASA, and applicable defense standards.
• Present project status, key risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and customers.
• Manage customer expectations while ensuring contractual commitments are achieved.
• Apply industry-standard project management methodologies including PMI, Agile, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Promote continuous improvement across project execution, governance, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace engineering (or) Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• 8–19 years of Project Management experience within Aerospace or Defense.
• Proven experience managing Airframe Systems development projects.

Strong understanding of:

Landing Gear Systems

Hydraulic Systems

Actuation Systems

Fuel Systems

Environmental Control Systems (ECS)

• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering programs from development through delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with: MS Project, Primavera, SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of aerospace certification processes (FAA/EASA).
• Familiarity with defense standards and military programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• PMP Certification (preferred).
