TriStar Health is seeking a compassionate Discharge Lounge Nurse to coordinate safe, efficient patient discharges within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this fast-paced RN role, you’ll perform focused assessments, manage IVs and medications, complete discharge teaching, and ensure patients and families understand post-hospital care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, case management, and ancillary teams to remove discharge barriers.
