Speech-Language Pathologist

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality telehealth therapy for seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this role, you will evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions via secure virtual platforms. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary home health team, educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and adjust care plans to support safety, independence, and improved quality of life at home.
