Role Description This is a full-time, in-office Senior Associate Architect role based at STUDIO ISA's office in Noida. The Senior Associate Architect will lead and coordinate architectural design projects from concept through construction documentation, ensuring design quality and technical accuracy. Responsibilities include leading a team, developing detailed drawings, collaborating with engineering and design teams, integrating relevant software tools and systems into the design process, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. The role involves regular client interaction, presentation of design proposals, management of internal project communication, and support in guiding junior team members to maintain studio standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in contemporary and context-sensitive projects.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools, workflows, and digital collaboration.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple project phases.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution and COA ; registration.
• Experience working in architectural studios or consultancy environments, preferably with exposure to Indian urban and cultural contexts.
• Ability to manage client relationships, lead design reviews, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks), and familiarity with collaborative digital platforms.
• Capacity to mentor junior team members, work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
