We are looking for a responsible, motivated and patient-friendly Associate Dentist (BDS) to join our team to manage patient consultations, treatment coordination, and clinic operations to deliver exceptional dental care. This role is focused on: · Patient communication & education · Diagnosis & treatment planning · Clinic coordination & management · Consultant scheduling & coordination Key Responsibilities · Screen and diagnose patient cases accurately · Explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically · Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with front office · Maintain patient records in practice management software · Coordinate with specialist consultants after case screening · Track pending treatments, reviews, feedbacks, and appointments · Assist in managing clinic workflow and daily operations · Monitor inventory and clinic coordination activities Clinical Skills Required · Scaling & polishing · Composite fillings · Intraoral scanning Requirements · Minimum 1 year of work experience in private dental practice · Good communication and diagnostic skills · Empathetic and professional attitude towards patients · Strong organizational and coordination ability · Basic computer knowledge · Magnification loupes while working on patients Salary · 30,000 – 35,000 per month · Performance-based incentives Growth Opportunity Ideal role for dentists interested in: Treatment coordination Clinic operations Leadership & management roles Contact: Email:
